Well I haven't recorded in forever, that'd be because ive been in blurgville around 61.5. Then I stopped going to the gym about three weeks to a month ago and hadn't weighed but I had a stomach gastro bug last week and got on the scales and whoo freaking whoo I was 58.something and ok so obviously I didn't lose 3kgs in vomit and poop but I thought "I'm sure not going to just gain it again..." So I've not really started eating again. So I start back at the gym tomorrow. I'm tossing up do I do their food diary, which is healthy, or do I just fuck it and starve. Mum and dad are going away for two months or whatever, til October... But then I have my tafe course and I want to be okay for it. So a little bit here and there. Salad and green beans. I love green. Ah. Free foods. Go Ana.
