relieved to have weighed in at this. unlike the disappointment the other day at this. feeling fat & I guess lazy. my BP had been high lately. often in 130's/80's. possibly attributable to stress. getting numbness in get again. maybe I am still limiting my calories. well feel good to get some veggies from aldi as it's pseudo payday. felt great to put in a hard day's work & come home. despite regularly going over the limit & not quite exercising to my feeble goal, it is still progress to practice portion control. spinach is almost free calories. that delicious ranch all make it possible to enjoy veggies. along with the cookie butter.
