Okay, I'm ready for Phase 2! I'm one and a half pounds down from when I ended Phase 1, so I guess I'm ready to take the leap. I'm heading for 153!
My walking routine is my top priority now that I'm back on point. I tried breaking into a run a couple of times on my walk, and after I'd done it a measley four times, my middle toenail turned black and seems almost ready to come off. Apparently this is called "runner's toe." So - no thanks! Walking will do fine, thank you very much. Yuck.
