I have finally settled into the new city and my new home. Today I walked into the center at this location. I have no excuse to fall off this diet as there is a center close by. Well I was a bit surprised that I only gained about a pound since August 23rd. I guess I did not go to overboard. Well it is nice to be back on this site. By the way, I finally know what everyone was talking about when they were writing about the "new plan." Apparently my old center still used the old method. The new location gave me the new plan. I am scared about all the unlimited condiments and extra starches. We will see how it goes. Also on the Take Off diet the counselor said I can use salad dressing. Now that is good to hear. The other location said no salad dressing, no even vinegar to give my vegetables a little taste. It is so great to see that everyone else is sticking to their diets. Keep up the good work!
