Got back from my holiday early hours this morning, weighed myself when I woke up and I've only put on 2lb's! So happy with that, it must have been all the sweating in the sun, swimming and walking I did that luckily burned off the copious amounts of alcohol ha.
Anyways I'm feeling really motivated to hit the gym hard and try to lose 1-2lbs a week, that way I'll reach my goal weight by my birthday woop :D

did you go anywhere good? (mind you all holidays are good)just got back from my holidays yesterday, havnt weighed in yet not looking forward to seeing what the scales say, but hey it was worth it. Back to normal eating at the weight will soon come off
