Journal de Big Boy Optimus, 04 oct. 15

I expected this weight gain after a week of too much food and unlimited carbs. I havn't recorded my food diary this last 5 days but will start again tomorrow(Monday) and make Tuesday a low carb non-fast day. Sometimes life happens and you lose track of things but its always good to know you have a tried and tested method that you can follow to lose what you have gained :)

yeah bru, i know that feeling, I havent been recording lately also in this past week and i ended up not dropping anything

The crazy thing is most times a upward swing is just excess "water weight" in response to carbs, sugar, salt or booze. You have manned up and now the yucky part is out the way you can move forward and be proud of yourself for not throwing in the towel. Have a good week!

Understanding the results brought by thing like carbs (water weight) is a good thing. You learn not to panic and just get back to it later. You've likely gained less than half of that weight in fat stores. Keep grinding. :)

Thanks everyone :) Today's no-food fast day is almost over :) Will hit the gym 2moro morning and break my fast with a protein shake and then get home to 5 fried eggs and some russians :D Going to make tomorrow a low carb day :)
