It is certainly good to get back into fresh territory. It feels like I've been trying to lose the weight I gained over the summer forever. It's really funny how I lose absolutely nothing one week and then lose four pounds the next. It's not like my calorie intake or exercise was significantly different. Oh well, that's the nice thing about not having a deadline or a goal date. As long as it comes off, it doesn't really matter when.
