Very LONG day in Kinshasa yesterday. What other city in the world has 10.000.000 people and 5 traffic lights? We got caught in a monster traffic jam (2 1/2 hours) and didn't get home until 11 pm. Needless to say, no exercise, but was fairly good on eating (not many choices).
Am looking forward to getting back on track today. Had to restart the Mayo 5K training at week 3, but that's OK.
