I'm so thank for the votes of wish me well. Looks like I on a roll another pound down is encourging after bouncing up down. So in with the lower cal/carb foods out with the others. May not be your diet but it has done me well so far. As long as I stick to it. I know I have to eat this way for the rest of my life as the other is killing me literally and it slows me down and the depression slides right in. My blood sugars skyrocket.
