Lions and Tigers and CARBS! Oh MY!!!!! Went carb crazy and the scale reflected that. Made potato soup (fresh dug from the garden...) not so bad, but then there was corn chowder and Bacon cheese bread the day before...WHAT WAS I THINKING??? I was NOT! I really feel bloated and need to get back on my eating plan. I honestly was getting a bit bored with it, but I know how I can tweak it healthily to still lose weight and feel good. SO, JUST DO IT!
