Gained and NOT happy about it. I was SO close to being in the 120s....and I screwed up yet again. It would be different if I were like my friends who are 5'6 and taller....but I'm short and being this weight makes me look pudgy all the time. I know it's silly, but I wanted to cry when I saw the gain. How can I work so hard, just to screw up? :( NEED to workout today, but my motivation is lacking even more right now...

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) Weights (12lb. light weights)
-2 x 20 squatting overhead press
-1 x 30 lunges ea./side
-2 x 17 standing rows
2) Jillian Michaels' "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" (30 min. out of 45)
59,4 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 13,2 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 5,9 kg.    Régime suivi: Mal.

I just finished walking on the treadmill and 113 calories burned.
