I never thought that losing HALF a pound could make me feel so relieved and happy. Especially since I only got a short workout in and didn't eat "properly" last night. I was expecting to gain 2lbs like I usually do when I "screw up". Not sure how it happened, but it did, and I am OH SO GRATEFUL! Will update later for today's workout...
