I feel anxious today, out of control. I did not achieve my cleaning goals, but my goals were vague. I slept during the day a lot this week despite no hs shifts. I ate like a hog today in anxiety over who knows what? I compromised yesterday at Bravo because I didn't want to show off in front of my mom - not a good trade off. I gained. I am having trouble keeping in my calorie limits. I am bored of not losing anymore weight.
