really dissapointed, with weigh in, this morning, having lost 7 lbs in the last two weeks, thought that would continue, must make sure it does not start to gain again.

It's actually perfectly normal to stay the same or gain a little after a couple of weeks of good losses. It might be something small like hormones or too much sodium yesterday affecting your bodies water weight and masking your loss for the week. Consistency is key with weight loss! Stay on plan and keep going. The scale will catch up. You can step on tomorrow and be 2 pounds down.
