This past weekend went well. I had a potluck event at work on Friday and followed my diet pretty well in my opinion. I filled up on the veggie tray and salad and had a tablespoon of the potato salad, mac n cheez, sweet potato casserole and only had on medium slice of ham and & turkey... had a diet coke and had 2 25min walks. Checked my weight when I got home and the scale said 167.5....Sat it also read 167.5 by Sunday it was 168.9 so just to give myself room i'm going to average my new weigh in at 169lbs--which is still awesome in my opinion!
