I actually maintained, or gained and only lost that since Thursday. Either way, I am pleased because I fully expected to gain after Thanksgiving! I usually weigh-in the morning of cheat day, so I don't know how much I gain after a cheat day. I'm not having another cheat day until next Saturday, and I was back on the straight and narrow yesterday, so hopefully I'll be back to losing next week! ♡
