I am so pleased with my overall progress. This week I saw several people for the first time in at least 3 months, or in one case, probably over a year. I have lost enough now that they are pretty sure it's safe to ask. (FYI, it seems to take about 40 lbs. to make people willing to risk this!) I can hardly wait to get to 50 lbs. lost (sounds more impressive than 45, somehow!), and to green bars under my weight chart!

Good luck to all my fellow travellers. If I can do this, I really believe anyone can, though I will admit, I have plenty of support. We can do this, and it is so totally worth it!
