Really shocked at the weight in today, didn't expect a big drop like that and must not expect one like that next week either even though it is a pleasant surprise.
feeling more awake now than what I have been doing of a morning lately so hopefully will get a good workout in :). Energy levels or slightly higher than the past week so that's good hoping they will keep on rising.
This weeks figures:
weight 100.7kg = 15st 12lb goal = 68kg
body fat 46.8% goal = 25%
body water 41.5% goal = 50%
Bust 46 inches
chest 40 inches
waist 49 inches goal = 32 inches
hips 48 inches
thighs 26.5 inches
upper arm 14 inches
stomach 45 inches

It's going to be difficult to reach your goal. It's long term goal. I suggest you to focus on short term goals. For example to lose 10 pounds or 5 kg. in three weeks.

It looks like on average you lowered your calories slightly and kept w/ the exercise. Keep up w/ your routine... and keep up w/your water... You're on your way!!! GREAT JOB!!!
