Day 16(this morning) of Latuda. Day 4 of doing my 38mins challenge (38mins a day on the elliptical at home). Day 4 of following my gym food program. When I started Latuda, I was 65.5kg. Heaviest I've been in last 4years. Slowly coming back down. I can actually see my stomach changing shape in the mirror. I can feel it. When I gain, my stomach, hips, bum and thighs round out. Nothing immediately obvious, a slow spread. But it's nice to see the round lump of my stomach looking a little deflated, feel that second roll that was on top of my stomach, but below my boobs, melting a bit. While my legs are tired, I feel like the day I stop/miss/don't do my elliptical at home, that'll wreck the motivation and I won't keep it up. So at least for these early days I've got to keep going. I'm encouraged, at least it's on the way down.
