I wonder if I've lost weight. I haven't weighed in lately. my abdomen, trunk & legs feel smaller lately but at the moment I actually feel bloated. if I do not end up losing a single pound this month it will not have been due to nonadherence. likewise in the big picture if I do attain a healthy weight, and still develop maladies, it will not be from being overweight. feeling the fat on my body it is clear that I still have weight to lose in order to get healthy, but my quest is objective, and it is reasonable and it is not motivated by the subjective aesthetic standards of myself or others, which is a losing battle that is world based and has nothing to do with the kingdom of God.
