Well I held off on weighing in cause I keep jumping up and down I was back up to 167 now back to 164.5 as of tonight. This is soooooo frustrating. I decided to try and do the Master Cleanse that one of the other member is doing but I was starving today so I did eat a chicken salad and munched on just a few (like 8-10 crackers) thru out the whole day. Walk/ran for about 30 min (boyfriend interupted lol) did upper body toning with Yummi Lee for 15-20min
