Played ultimate frisbee last night, had a muscle milk right after but went to bed super hungry. Woke up this morning and didn't eat before training. I was so hungry when I got home that I ate close to 1000 calories. All healthy foods but I just couldn't get satisfied. Hopefully the rest of the day will be light minus dinner with my boo boo. I'd really like to be able to control the amount of food that I eat. and not think about being hungry so much. I want to be a steady 135. That is all for now.
