I was dissappointed this morning. The last couple days the scale said 138 and today said 140. I think it will be back down again tomorrow, but it is hard to see. Steve says I shouldn't weigh in every day, but i still like to. I do not let it ruin my day when it goes up or doesn't move. Just keeps it on my mind.
