im determind not to over eat , even when i excercise 5 days a week im carrying extra weight from eating to much, even though i didnt think i was eating very much i was snacking at night and the weight is harder for me to get off now that im in my 40s, im determined to stick to the plan and keep my calories under 2000 a day and will reach my goal.

Stay motivated! I have the same problem. I work all day and bring my food to work, so I do pretty good there. But when I get home, I go crazy (especially with chips). I make BEDs (bad eating decisions). Good luck!!

thankyou :-) its good to have some support, im feeling now that im into the first week of really sticking to it, im noticing more energy and less hungry at night, im with my daughter at the gym and we motivate each other, she is taller than me and can afford to weigh a bit more but i have to watch it as im only 5ft6

Welcome to FS! Get engaged with the caring people on here for support and accountability. There are wonderful folks here. And be sure to log ALL your food intake. It can be shocking how fast it adds up.

thankyou all, yes i know, ive been very careful to add everything in what i have eaten and drank , it does add up fast. I just did a workout, feeling great at the moment, the hardest part is at night lol , at home and ive also stopped buying food that might tempt me
