I am in a great place. My body is weighing the same but doing more. Martial arts class on my birthday instead of fattening dinner out and was in an ab hold on floor 1 1/2 minutes and I cruised thru it could have done longer- Oh yea! Right now during this season I can't ask for anything more. My cycle has been better all symptoms are lessening which is an answered prayer and I am starting to make choices better than I have in the past...I don't think today I can put a sad face next to that even if the scale is kinda stuck. ;0)
