Doing well today. Yesterday I was feeling a bit munchy so I had lots of snacks but I only had a cup and a half of chili and some green tea for dinner.
My challenge starts today. I'm hoping to get at least 3 miles in. We finally have some cool weather this week so I'm really looking forward to getting outside today.
