All the exercise is paying off. Eating right, making healthy choices, drinking water...NOT drinking alcohol every night. Wow. What a difference! Scale isn't moving fast, but it is moving. More importantly I can see it! So I am totally committed to coming here, journaling and staying motivated to reach my goal and then maintain it.
