bad news about my exercise on the bicycle. i am typing with 1 hand so dot look for cap letter. i was clobbered by a motor cycle this morning. bike is damaged i have dislocated shoulder, color bone and most of my rib cage left side.knee left is in pain..a lot of swelling.i believe the good lord has some for me to do yet. the bike was going 40klomaters before he hit his brakes. both he an myself was thrown into the air. the hit was in my back left side. i landed on the back of my head. thank god i was wearing helmet. the helmet completely destroyed, full of cracks, just shattered. if that had been the back of my head i am sure i would not be writing this to you now. my head is the only place in my body that does not have any pain. i am now a real believer of helmets.see what i said about the lord saving my for something. the motor cycle driver had to go see a doctor. bike feel on his leg an needed help walking.that is all i know of him.young new driver an bike brand new. good news is i am still herewith this program,,,just very sore.

Oh no! This is the part in news stories where they say how lucky you were. . . But no, that was not a lucky event! So happy to hear that you are sort of okay and on the mend--and very impressed by you exercising that hand to type. Rest up, and get well soon! Happily, pain meds won't wreck your diet. Sorry to hear about your bike. Good luck with your recovery!
