SHORT TERM GOAL ACHIEVED!!! Day 32 of 2nd 6 weeks. 139.4, 37.2% body fat, 43.2% tbw, visc fat 7/0, musc mass 83/2, bone mass 4.4lb, 1989/60, keto trace, 45 min elliptical level 6.
Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch small salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing (btw, this is the only dressing at lunch that I can have), diet coke, dinner, portk, asparagus and mushroom stir fry, diet coke, choc covered vanilla ice cream bar low carb (5 net carbs).
I saw the number 3 today!! I am smiling.
We get our kittens today. 2 adorable 9 week old ragdoll kittens (perhaps I will change my image to the kittens for my next six weeks). I would like to find some way to 'change it up' for my 3rd 6 weeks but haven't arrived at that yet. It will be fun to explore.

Good Job!! A ragdoll kitten, I am jealous. We have a ragdoll and I love that cat. SHe was my husbands when we got married but she is mine know!!

Thanks everyone. We are currently in kitten heaven! They are awesome and have already--in a cople of hours, acclimated to our home. Eat, drink, poop and pee (in the right place), scratching post and toys. They purr constantly and are already attached. As some of you know, this is the second time we have gotten our kittens. The first time, we kept them for 3 weeks and they didn't bond with us one bit. They were still running and hiding 3 weeks aftr we picked them up. They were beautiful kittens but never would have been the ragdoll kittens we were hoping for. THESE kittens are everything the breed is supposed to be. Willow and Tallie. Beautiful little girls.
