Day 33 of 2nd 6 wks, 139 lbs, 37.8 body fat, 42.8% tbw, visc fat 7/0, musc mass 82/2. bone mass 4.4lbs, 1972/50, tr ketones, 65 min level 6 ellipticle.

breakfast choc chip granola atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch/dinner chilean sea bass with portobella chips and asparagus, glass chardonnay, coffee w half and half, diet coke.

Travel has kept me away from weight lifting for 2 wks so am hoping my wt loss isn't musc mass loss. Will keep an eye on my musc mass. Won't be surprised if wt goes up slightly when I have a chance to get back to lifting.

Nothing looks better that muscles. You are doing great! When I get down to 170, I am going to get into weight lifting on a more serious level. I have a friend who is a female bodybuilder and she has offered to help me in that department. I can't wait to get to my goal weight. Keep up your good work!
