Superbowl Sunday hurt me. I still made it to the gym, so far twice this week, but still had a gain. I just keep my head up and keep going. Because I know eventually, I will find the right formula to make this happen. I will beat this, and I know I will come out a better person. I win my battles every day when I keep going with my lifestyle. The gym is a good habit, I love working out. My diet is good, and I can tweak it and work on it to make it better. And I have some of the greatest supporters, at home and here. Thank you all. I believe that this is the reason I keep going. I may want to quit, but watching the success from everyone and seeing all the support, it makes it all worth while. You are all the best. Keep it going and have a happy hump day!!!
