Been on a LCHF diet for a little over a month now. My biggest surprise is how well it works at suppressing hunger. If you can tolerate the diet restrictions I believe it is really the way to go. Fell off the wagon Super Bowl weekend which bled into Monday as well. Needless to say I was not shocked to see the scale read 206 on Tuesday A.M, have been ruthless with my carb intake since then, with a bit of an exercise drop off. Today the scale read 201, I'm starting a 24 hour fast, and hopefully by this time next week I'll be under 200 for the first time in a year or so. the next 30 pounds are going to take some time...
