I am back up to 171 lbs. I feel like a MOOSE. I am going to start taking my supps again, and STOP eating mcdonalds, chips, tacos, fries, ice cream, pies, tarts, butter, CARBS, SUGAR, FAT... i bought some greens, jumbo box of special K, and low fat meals, and a big can of meal supps.. HERE WE GO!! i want to be 150, with some hard work, i can lose at least 2 lbs by halloween.. I HOPE!!! Anyone out there wanna join me and kandi for kick boxing?
