so I was so consumed by my failure to have dropped to 142 @ my first weigh in of March, and do consumed by personal quote yesterday that I failed to much pay attention to the milestone of 141. that's really great even if a day late. we're getting close to leveling off here. last month I was all about "almost at goal" taking for granted I'd get there given the trend. now I can't be so sure I'll get there & that's okay. checking how I look doesn't help either. it's all about truth (am i doing what I ought) & the divine plan (the result that God has in store).
