somehow i raised my calories on a couple days and have lost more than a lb. a week for a couple weeks.one lb. away from my mini goal 180lbs. by nov. 22nd.i could eat donuts and lose a lb. by then.just kidding.but my family is really testing my will power.they r still getting candy...hello halloween is over babies dont need sweets,donuts,pizza,mac & cheese.i dont really feel tempted but cant wait til they all leave.
