Thanks! Had plateau'd at 179 for weeks so anyone stuck at one point, DON'T GIVE UP! : ) Changed from low carb to counting calories because seriously, low carb is way too limiting (especially not eating meat). Fish is lame in Florida so I was doing shellfish, never thought I could get sick of shrimp, til now. So glad I'm feeling healthy, isn't that what this is all about? (other than feeling in control and fitting in smaller sizes : )
