Well the apples and coffee day turned out to be anything but...I managed until 2pm at which time I had 2 hard boiled eggs, an hour later while shopping a pizza of pizza...similar to Costco's so a big piece...and then at my friend's house warming party in evening I didn't bother to even record...pasta, olives, wine, 1/2 bacon and cheese crepe, and some chocolate cake like dessert...I'm surprised I didn't wake with a higher weight even...so much for my self-control...

Thanks so much Draglist for that tip re: carbohydrates...I thought I'd been doing fine in that department, but with your inquiry I googled the concept "how much carbs recommended daily" and saw between 100-150 grams was recommended. I was over the 150 gram mark every day but one, sometimes well over...and could see the weight reflected it often the next day...slightly so, yet nevertheless. I'll be more vigilant towards this now. Thanks again!^^

I'm still digesting your calculations...I looked over my log for the last 2 weeks and 2200 is a kind of average I'm consuming...obviously way too much...FATSECRET recommended 1900 but you are recommending 1320...I xan see in any case I'm well o over ecomnended amounts
