Still in hospital and being fed via tube. Somewhat dehydrated. My weight is down noticeably. BMI down to 25.3. My weight was taken initially in kilos: 79.9. I'm closing in on my target. I just wish that it weren't under worrying circumstances.

Do hope you are well enough to come off the tube feeding soon.... Loosing weight is great - but not under those circumstances... (((((hugs))))) coming your way

Well hope you are showing an improvement in your health...yes I agree not a way to lose weight, but at least you aren't gaining, that would suck. Just keep us all updated......rooting for you. (Hope no Aussies read that lol)

Thanks! Actually, the first thing that happens when one is on a saline drip is that one bloats. That's due to significant water retention. I've seen some odd numbers in the past few days. Yvonne, I hope no Aussies read that either!!

Glad to see you have laptop and internet access in the hospital. My how things have changed! I do hope you are comfortable and improving. :)

Just backed up to catch up on where you are, and why! OH MY WORD!!! I will be praying for you...and will always say nice things about you!LOL! Don't pester the nurses too much, some of them pay you back by giving you an enema! Much Love.
