Day 6, no headache hallelujah! Had dinner late with friends and did the best with the offerings. We were at Jimmy Hula's and I had only one fish taco but did end up having the chips and a few sweet potato fries. Considering what it could have been and what I ate yesterday I'm ok with it but back on track today, with only what's on my menu.
The bounce is water/salt and will come back off. Almost didn't record it but it is what it is. Choices.
