I have not been doing well about strict dieting but my diet and excercise levels haven't changed and in the past month-month and a half I have now total put on 16 lbs!! This is so discouraging. When I try to keep the calories down I just feel so hungry. Even when I try to eat things like baby carrots. I just feel so horrible to be putting weight on like this. :(

You may need to change WHAT your eating. Protein and high fiber foods will keep you fuller longer and help you lose weight faster than any other foods. The more sugar you eat, the more sugar you want. It raises your insulin and is not a good thing. Slowly start adding more healthier fare in to your diet. Have more protein in the morning. Pick one treat a day that you can have that you enjoy and incorporate it in to your diet. You have to decide how much you want to lose weight and find your motivation to stick with it.
