I am doing great! For one brief, shining moment this week, my scale showed me the 130s! I may not get back there this week, but I WILL be back. I expect to gain a little weight over the holidays, but I also hope to walk more than usual, so we'll see what happens. In any case, still plenty of time when I return from the holidays to work hard on the weight-management regimen until March break. I can so totally do this!
