Beautiful walk this morning! Had a great check-up with Dr. F. except my bone density scan showed some osteoporosis in both hips. I think she is going to try an injection called Proila, taken twice a year. Enjoyed seeing Dr. H at the seminar. BP and BS just about perfect now. :)
