Sunday day 3 of mew exercise and doubling my calories I was very sore had to visit neighbor I explained to him I cant do heavy weights I am broken , he said leave now and do same routine I said I cant my whole body hurts he was a competitive power lifter , so I went to YMCA did same routine which trainer showed me and guess what my pain is gone for the moment go figure lol hope it don't show its ugly face whats weird is I was doing 3x gym work but sweating every second and now I just lift heavy weights 3 sets till failer slowly with proper form he is teaching me , my neighbor gave me some helpful info as well as far as warming up the 8 joints in body which do complex movements so no injuries come , my breathing is 1000% better from cardio classes let see what weights do now I keep fighting
