Hello 230's!I don't plan to stick around too long with you. But it feels good to finally break out of the 240's! I have decided come next week, I'm going to go the gym in the mornings before work, because going to gym after work is becoming very hard for me. I'm going to try to go the gym at 6am, put in a hour work out, take a shower at the gym & then go to work hopefully get to work before 8am! I think I can do it. How is everyone's week going?

Congrats on getting into the 230s! I like to workout in the morning--energizes me for the day, plus I forget I did it (maybe I am still half asleep?!). I also like that the gym is a little quieter in the mornings. It can be hard to get up and out the door that early in the morning, but so worth it once you get there!
