Oh my...I have had quite a break...and a little fluctuation in my weight over the last 2 months. The biggest change has been: decline in my food selection, a significant decline in the amount of water I drink and the amount of exercise I have done. The result of these changes have been very dry skin, my stomach is not as flat and the little hour glass figure I was beginning to see has completely disappeared.
I am hoping to kick back into full exercise mode in the next 2 weeks! Let's see if I can see some significant changes.
Today I did 1 hour 20 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of upper body weights.
I plan to do another 45 minutes this afternoon of lower body weights and crunches.
