Woke up this morning took my weight then went for a walk. Felt really good until I twisted my ankle right at the end. Currently I am rehabilitating ankle so it should be good for full on Bootcamp on Saturday. I may have to drive to the gym for next few days for some non-impact early morning Cardio.
Weight is up but that is probably my muscles soaking up water from yesterdays training session because my food is good. Maybe too much protein. Will continue to monitor.
My mornings are becoming too busy so need a plan of attack today.
Will update my training over last 3 weeks by tomorrow as I have a journal.
