I'm slightly disappointed that I didn't lose this week. We were on vacation Visiting family and I tried really hard to stick to my eating plan and exercise. But I am thankful I did not gain. For some reason an old knee injury has flared up and my knee is swollen. Makes it hard to do any major walking for exercise. It's extremely frustrating.
