I just enjoyed the birthdays and Christmas without worrying about the calories. I did try to make some better choices such as no eggnog,no fruitcake, less chocolate, whole grains, etc. It could have been worse!! Now I am going to try to get back to eating healthier and losing weight. Good luck to everyone!!
