Journal de JDbowler, 13 sept. 16

Hello, and how I've missed my FS family. Life happens and let me tell you, it's a roller coaster ride that keeps going on. Lot's of things going on right now. All from still not knowing what is going on with my dizzy spells, to a custody fight with my oldest daughter. So many things, so little time to be able to prep and stay the course. I know I have gained about 10 pounds, but it doesn't feel it. I still wear my clothes, and they still fit the same. I am not sure if I am gaining some muscle or if stress if just keeping some extra baggage on me right now. It will go away, and I will get back down. My plan is to make sure that everything gets logged, no matter what. And I will be keeping myself in check. I have gotten lazy and just made excuses as to why I can cheat and have this indulgence, and that reward. But now it's time to get serious. Time to kick some butt in the gym and make good positive food choices that will get me back to where I was. Hope you all have a great day.

JD, im going thru the same thing.. life has intervened and Ive been on and off FS and have not been following my diet, maintain and yes, even gaining. I just want to start by saying Im sorry your dealing with all this.. it really sucks. And I do the exact same thing.. a bite here , this wont hurt, I need that to feel better. Its ok.. we not perfect. You plan sounds amazing and Im also doing the same, picking up the pieces one day at a time ! Let do this together.. PM if you need a rock or shoulder.. Hang in there

I have periods where I think I should have rewards..so its good I keep the exercise up and then get the food better in control. I like how you ALWAYS come back here and stick with it!

WELCOME BACK! Life is what happens to you while you were busy making other plans....john Lennon said that and How true it is. i have been taking extra time to work out and meal plan...etc...and it does get very time consuming, and when you have so many other things gnawing at you, it is hard to stay the course...Welcome back...we are here for you!
