I appreciate your advice. I however had lost over 100 pounds doing low carb and P90X. I ended up being very fit and muscular. It worked great for me. I am very carb sensitive. I gain weight at a rapid pace and bloat when I eat carbs. I have so much more energy and sleep WAY better when I limit my carb intake to only be 20g and of that it comes from only vegetables and sometime whole grain bread.
